No Returns After Use
Cricket equipment used in practice, nets, match play, knocking-in, or preparation cannot be returned.
This includes bats that have been knocked in, oiled, taped, gripped, used against a ball, or marked in any way.

Team Orders and Uniforms
Team orders, bulk orders, custom uniforms, printed apparel, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed CricketHouse error.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
